You can now use your MGS account details to login to Interbid
From 2014 when you login to Interbid you can use the same email & password as your MGS account. A majority of previous Interbid users will already have their email address registered with MGS. You will just need to update your details as below before you login to Interbid.

Update your MGS account to include your contact & credit card details
If you haven't already you will need to update your contact and credit card details in order for your Interbid account to become active through MGS.

New features include secure 128-bit credit card payments
Along with the ability to manage your contact details in order to conduct a fair auction your credit card details are required as a form of verification. This requirement gives confidence that all bidders are genuine and that everyone has met the same requirements that you have.

The credit card verification process is completely secure. All credit card details are managed through NAB Transact which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). We protect your credit card information during transmission by using industry-standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for privacy and protection. Your credit card details are not stored on our web site.

You also have the option to complete your purchases by credit card payment.

Under 'My Account' > 'My Invoices' select the option 'View / Pay Now' next to the invoice you would like to pay. This will generate your invoice and any subsequent lots purchased during that auction will be on a separate invoice(s). Select 'Make Payment' at the bottom of the screen and confirm the amount in the message box. Once successful you will be able to print or email a paid copy of your invoice.

Please note that your invoice may not be available to view until the auction has completed.

Original Interbid accounts will expire 30th March 2014
You can still login to a webcast with your Interbid account details but they will expire on 30th March 2014. You will need to update your contact and credit card details with MGS to continue using Interbid. If you currently have an Interbid account you can no longer reset your password, you must setup your account with MGS.

You cannot use multiple Interbid / MGS accounts with the same email to login to the same auction.

New MGS registrations can be made via https://www.mgs.net.au/user/register.html

Once registered and logged in you can manage your account via the 'My Account' link
