About The Cooks' Base
The Cooks' Base was a food business incubator for new and SME food businesses; providing access to commercial production facilities and equipment. Due to an opportunity overseas the Directors have reluctantly decided to close down both of The Cooks' Base commercial production facilities (Nuriootpa and Prospect) along with the trading company and everything must be cleared. The Cooks' Base's clients were an eclectic mix of caterers, food manufacturers, food trucks and primary industry and as a result the type of equipment available is wide ranging suiting food manufacturers, restaurants and bars. All equipment is top-quality, well looked after and hosted within arguably Adelaide's cleanest commercial kitchen.
