AUCTIONEERS NOTES
- As instructed by the Family, every item is to be sold at auction with no prior offers to be accepted.
- MGS are available to assist with loading only, please be prepared prior to collection with sufficient labour.
- MGS will have a small forklift available if required, a fee for use can be negotiated with staff at the time of pick up.
- There is limited access to the property so please co ordinate with Mr John Fuss 0412 694 852 for time allocations.
- MGS suggest buyers take out insurance cover on higher valued items as it is the buyers responsibility at the fall of the hammer.
- Online buyers will have their credit cards charged by the close of business on sale day unless instructed differently, an invoice will be emailed directly after the sale for payment.
