NOTES:
Dismantling and Removal is the buyers Responsibility, MGS and CCA will be utilizing a safe work policy with all contractors to be inducted onsite with white cards and the correct equipment for removal.

Plant Allocated Removal Times:
Plant that is subject to removal times will be notified in the final catalogue listing prior to sale, For instance a compressor might be required to stay onsite till a certain fixture has been removed.

MGS & CCA are Prepared to work with the buyer"s regarding removal, however all associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Minor Plant Removal:
As in part 1, there will be an entry access and exit system operating for collection, please follow the directions from staff when collecting.
