MGS suggest all buyers attend the inspection if possible or phone the above contacts with any questions.
Payment of all lots are to be finalised within 24 hours of the completion of the sale.
All lots are to be collected from the Caulfield Avenue Site By Friday the 5th of June, with exceptions of the 4 hoists which can be removed by 4pm the following Monday, these hoists will require electrical disconnections.
