AUCTION METHOD, this sale will be called by an Auctioneer however bidding will be via our online webcast only, absentee bids can be emailed or passed on in person at the inspection days.
INSPECTION DAYS, there will be only one day of inspection Tuesday the 15th (11-3.30 pm) only, as the sale is to be conducted online only it is highly recommended to make the trip to inspect. Please make contact with MGS to confirm that you are inspecting, entrance will be 200 meters towards the township from the main gate.
SITE ENTRANCE, No persons under the age of 16 will be allowed on the premises, Protective foot wear, trousers, long sleeve shirts and a hi vis vest and safety glasses are required at a minimum to enter the site.
Full Identification is required to be shown( Drivers Licence ) at the make shift entrance, 200 meters north of the main gate.
You will be greeted by a member of MGS that will organise a group to be shuttled by bus to the auction, persons are not permitted to venture away from the designated auction site.
COLLECTIONS, Cleared Funds must be in MGS account before a paid invoice is issued.
Lots can be collected from Thursday the 17th of September STRICTLY 8.00AM - 2.00PM LATEST, organised transport is to have all correct MGS paper work to collect, (No Invoice, No Site Entrance).
Bookings to be onsite are mandatory, please contact MGS and a time slot will be allocated.
All drivers and help must comply to safety standards as listed above.
All equipment enter the Steel Works Site must be Roadworthy and compliant
Buyers are to be made aware, there will be no collections after the 7 working days allocated, (FRIDAY the 25th of September 2.00 pm cut off)
LOADING, Liberty will offer the services of a forklift and driver up to 2000kg, over this weight we suggest a tractor crane to lift at the buyers expense, there will be a list of contractors available onsite that can pre quote at the inspection days.
SITE ACCESS, MGS have been allocated 7 working days to remove purchases, the site is not open on weekends or after operational hours.
PLANT LISTING, please refer photos with attached descriptions, a catalogue is being prepared and will be available shortly.
PLANT & EQUIPMENT CONDITION, MGS and the vendor will not guarantee descriptions, conditions, or quantities of any lots being auctioned, its the buyers responsibility to inspect prior to the sale
