PIZZA OVEN

In order to remove the Pizza oven a singles sided stud wall (Gyprock) needs to be removed, not reinstated, as well as the front counter needs to removed (pushed aside - not reinstated)

The glass window will need to be removed and replaced at the purchasers expense.

The purchaser must arrange the removal by licensed trades people.

A refundable bond of $7500 will be required before removal can commence.
