This sale will be conducted both onsite traditionally and live online via inter bid live webcast (register for bidding via mgs.net.au.)

This Auction will be conducted from the Pinnacle Road address, note please check catalogue for locations other than the Pinnacle Road Site.
A 10 % Deposit will be required to be transferred at the completion of the auction by 4pm sale day.
All payments to be paid by Friday the 2nd of December, and removed with in 7 working days.
All payments to be made onsite up until the 2nd of December or via EFT
Interstate & Country Buyers Please Take Note all plant is to be removed with in 7 working days.
Removal of lots is at the buyers cost, some loading will be available via forklift please check at inspection day with auctioneer.
All lots are as described by the vendor and or agent, please inspect the sale if unsure of description, qty's or quality.
Collection times are 8 am - 4 pm by negotiation.
Opening times out of business hours will incur a opening fee.
MGS Staff are available to assist only when possible so please bring adequate labour to remove plant.
