WHYALLA SMELTING HISTORY
Constructed in 2000 and operated for 2 years on a trial basis, then put into care and maintenance.
in 2008 the plant had a major redevelopment for the purpose of leach residue processing and only operated for several months.
The plant has been on care and maintenance ever since, although in recent times the site has been left sitting, most of the main infrastructure is in place and in sound condition.

SALE CONDITIONS
This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast which bidding online will commence 5 days prior to the sale.
Payment is to be made with in 24 hours of the sale completion, if negotiated prior for extra time a 20% deposit will be required at the completion of the sale.
The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the plant to be sold.
Its highly recommended making contact with the auctioneer and attending the inspection as advertised.
Removal of plant, all plant with exceptions of the smelter and infeed conveyors should be removed with in 4 weeks of the sale, other plant to be negotiated with vendor.
