This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast which bidding online will commence prior to the sale.
Payment is to be made with in 24 hours of the sale completion.
The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the plant to be sold.
It is highly recommended making contact with the auctioneer and attending the inspection as advertised.
Collection will start directly after the sale, all goods must be paid for in full with clearance in MGS's account prior to collection.
Haute Kitchens are able to assist with removal. Removal remains the responsibility of the buyer.
Haute Kitchens can reinstall kitchens at the buyers cost.
Buyers wishing to use Haute Kitchens services for reinstallation must
organise with Haute Kitchens directly.
We highly recommend making contact with Haute Kitchens
& discussing reinstallation costs
prior to bidding.
Haute kitchens do not transport goods. It is the buyers responsibility to organise transportation of goods.
MGS & Haute Kitchens are not responsible for any damage to kitchen sets during removal or transportation.
MGS do not relocate any lots because the buyer can not attend the site.
