This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast which bidding online will commence prior to the sale.
Payment is to be made within 24 hours of the sale completion.
The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the plant to be sold.
It is highly recommended making contact with the auctioneer and attending the inspection as advertised.
Collection will start directly after the sale, all good must be paid for in full with clearance in MGS's account prior to collection.
IMPORTANT
Collections are the day of sale & day after from 9am till 4pm only.
All lots must be removed by the close of business the 1st of December 4pm. No exceptions.
Please note auction is located on the 7th floor, goods may need to be dismantled to remove. Buyer must bring adequate tools & labour.
All lots are to be collected by the purchaser from the Franklin Street address.
MGS do not relocate any lots because the buyer can not attend the site.
