AUCTIONEERS NOTES PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This Auction will be conducted both Traditionally & Online via our Live Webcast.
All lots are located at the Adelaide City Address.
All attending bidders must sign in at the SAMARI Building Lobby.
Collections of lots will begin promptly after the sale.
All Lots MUST be removed from the premises by Friday April 5th 4pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Storage fees for non collected Lots will be incurred at the vendors discretion.
There is a loading zone available for use for buyers collections. It is advised to bring tools if required for collection. Sack Trucks, Dolly's etc.
The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the goods to be sold.
It is highly recommended to contact the auctioneer prior to bidding.
MGS will not organise transport or relocate any Lots.
