This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast which bidding online will commence prior to the sale.
Payment is to be made with in 24 hours of the sale completion

The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the plant to be sold.
It is highly recommended making contact with the auctioneer and attending the inspection prior to the sale start as advertised.
Collection will start directly after the sale.
All buyers will have to organize removal of plant at there cost, Crane & Labour companies must be accredited to attend site.

Collections are 9am till 4pm daily. Weekends Excluded.
Small Items to be collected by Monday 29th 4pm. Large Equipment Collected by appointment.
All lots must be removed by the close of business
All lots are to be collected by the purchaser from the Tailem Bend address.
MGS do not relocate any lots because the buyer can not attend the site.
