NOTE: ALL LOTS LOCATED AT 370 TORRENS ROAD KILKENNY, SA 

This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite & live online via interbid live webcast (register for bidding via mgs.net.au.)

Please refer to the website mgs.net.au to register for online bidding with MGS.

A buyers premium of 16.5% will apply. The Sale is GST inclusive.

INSPECTION - Day prior 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Morning of sale from 9:00 AM. Also by appointment.

PAYMENT - Within 24 hours of Sale Completion. Online Buyers credit card will be processed after 24 hours of Sale

For online credit card payments you'll be required to present your ID and credit card for verification.

COLLECTION -  Day of Sale until 5.00pm, Until Friday 21st June 9:00-4:30 PM (ABSOLUTE LATEST). 

Alternative collection times strictly by prior arrangement. 

All collections are from our Auction Complex at 370 Torrens Road, Kilkenny SA. (Unless otherwise stated).

Removal of lots is at the buyers cost, refunds will not be given for non collected goods. 

Items not collected by ABSOLUTE LATEST and without prior arrangement will be be stored at buyers own risk and subject to additional fees and charges.

Unless otherwise stated all listed items are used.

There is no warranty or guarantee on any item, description, parts, condition etc. Refunds or exchanges are not given.

All counts & descriptions are provisional. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect in person. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS.
