PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- This Auction will be conducted both Traditionally & Online via our Live Webcast.
- All lots are located at the Clovelly Park Address.
- Collections of lots will begin promptly after the sale. Collections are between 9am & 4pm the following Wednesday & Thursday only.
- Payments onsite will be up until 4pm day of sale. No payment facilities onsite after the 23rd.
- All Lots MUST be removed from the premises by Wednesday 25th July 4pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- It is advised to bring tools if required for collection. Sack Trucks, Dolly's etc.
- Qualified Tradesperson's are required to disconnect any hardwired equipment.
- The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the goods to be sold.
- It is highly recommended to contact the auctioneer prior to bidding.
- MGS will not transport or relocate any Lots.
