** TERMS AND CONDITIONS **

The auction will be conducted traditionally on-site at 290 Commercial Road Port Adelaide with a live simultaneous webcast.

A buyers premium of 16.5% will apply. Sale is GST inclusive.

INSPECTION - Tuesday 12th November 9am to 4pm, morning of sale from 9am or by appointment. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect in person.

PAYMENT - Cash/card within 24 hours of sale completion. Online buyers credit card will be processed after 24 hours.

All payments MUST BE finalised by Friday 15th November. 

COLLECTION -  Day of sale until 5pm then Thursday 14th November and Friday 15th 9am - 4pm. Thereafter by arrangement only (for major machinery Items). All collections are from the premises 290 Commercial Road Port Adelaide, SA 5015. Removal of lots is at the buyers cost.
