This sale will be conducted both onsite traditionally and live online via inter bid live webcast (register for bidding via mgs.net.au.)

This Auction will be conducted from the Kannadah Road address, note please check catalogue for location of other eqipment that might spill over to the Pinnacle Road (Dairy) site
There will be an additional inspection if required by appointment with Auctioneer.
A 10 % Deposit will be required to be transferred at the completion of the auction by 4pm sale day if financing plant.
All payments to be paid by Friday the the 9th of May , and removed with in 7 working days, or by negotiation
All payments to be made onsite up until the 9th of May or via EFT
Interstate & Country Buyers Please Take Note all plant is to be removed with in 7 working days or by negotiation.
Removal of lots is at the buyers cost, some loading will be available via forklift please check at inspection day with auctioneer.
All lots are as described by the vendor and or agent, please inspect the sale if unsure of description, qty's or quality.
History is available upon request on restored plant
Collection times are 8 am - 4 pm by negotiation.
Opening times out of business hours will incur a opening fee.
MGS Staff are available to assist only when possible so please bring adequate labour to remove plant.
